The Kuala Lumpur Journal has had the hearts of a lot of us here at Edition KLFW. A huge part of it has to do with its Malaysian aesthetic in all of its rooms. The hotel’s got a modern retro vibe and some of the best and unique local touches to key areas. This October we’ve got a lot more to be excited for as The Kuala Lumpur Journal has an exciting new pool bar called The Swimming Club!

Located on the 11th floor, The Swimming Club at The Kuala Lumpur Journal is the perfect place to get sun-kissed and spend time with great company. The Hotel has always maintained a homegrown vibe to it, and the poolside amplifies the hotel portfolio (not to mention it makes for killer Instagram Photos).

“We are truly a homegrown independent boutique hotel and our design approach was and always will be important to us, and we hope that patrons can see this with the revamped pool bar,” said Ramesh Singh, General Manager of The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel.
